After owning a record-setting trades franchise, Steve moved into the franchisor role. He operated a division of 65 franchisees and 350+ employees across Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Montana, Washington, and Wyoming.

While leading a transportation/logistics company in Texas, Steve helped the company move from $9.8 M revenue to $21.3 M revenue in two years. By building a recruiting funnel, onboarding/training program, and internal skill development system, he helped a property management firm in California go from 45 to 91 employees in sixteen months. Steve also partnered with a technology product development company in Seattle and watched it achieve 140% and 125% growth in the first two months. Now, he currently works with two INC 500 companies that are among the fastest-growing enterprises in North America.
