With the commitment and focus of an involved partner, Arlene Amico offers rich insights to business owners and fellow entrepreneurs. In Her role as a INTERDOT Advisor, Arlene helps clients tackle issues such as sales growth, financial planning, profitability, leadership, and succession planning.

As a serial entrepreneur, Arlene’s most recent business venture was an upscale casual Vancouver restaurant launched in 2013. While serving locally acclaimed brunches and offering a bronze-awarded wine list, Arlene grew the business from $750K to $2.5M in the first three years. In 2016 Arlene worked to remove himself from daily operations at the restaurant and opened Her own consulting firm, helping small businesses navigate the ever-changing landscape of business. And in 2019, She joined the team at INTERDOT Advisors.

Now, She translates Her own experience to others, helping them “absorb the punches”, stay flexible, and leave their options open. Arlene reminds Her clients: “There’s no such thing as a bad idea – focus on the best idea for right now.” She helped one of Her first clients, Jellybean AutoCrafters, propel their business from $1M in 2020 to doubling their footprint. This year, they are on track to hit $2.5M. Since Arlene started at Interdot, Her client growth averaged 15-25% – even through the pandemic.
